There is no parking adjacent to this building.
For drop off of heavy items you can access Wynyard Street off Alten Road, push call button at barrier and let security know you are making a delivery. No vehicles are allowed onto the tiled area in front of the fale.

Parking: $4 per hour under Owen G Glenn Building (Business School, 12 Grafton Road). Payment by cash and credit card on exit.

PROGRAMME:
10:00-12:00 Registration.
Bring your work, register, get assigned a time and jury, X or Y .
Digital work: should be loaded to the computers provided at this time. Files should be powerpoint, pdf, quicktime movie etc, nothing that requires non-standard software to run. Bring files on mobile device with a CD back up.

Students can store work on tables in middle of fale until their presentation time approaching. Timetables for each jury will be posted on wall.

1:00 Welcome and introduction of jury members
Jury X: Sue Evans (Design manager CBD projects Auckland City), Jun Tsujimoto (Jasmax and wikicity project), Tracey Collins (designer and artist)
Jury Y: Christina van Bohemen, Architect/Director, Chair, New Zealand Institute of Architects, Auckland Branch, Nick Stevens, Director Stevens Lawson, Jim Speers, Artist.
1:15 presentations commence: to both jury X and Y
Tag team presentations. At each jury one team setting up while one presenting. (We will have panels, projectors and screens, and a selection of plinths. Bring own pins)
3:00 – 3:15 tea break
3:15-4:30 juries continue
4:30-4:45 jury confers, announcement of 4 finalists (2 from each jury)
4:45-5:00 four finalists re-present
5:00-5:30 drinks and jury confer
5:30 winners announced
