#09 This Way Up (57 votes)
Thanks for casting your vote. All proceeds from the voting are to support the work Emergency Architects Australia are undertaking in Samoa and Tonga. ( Nearly $1000 was raised.

Pip Cheshire ( very kindly agreed to select projects of special merit. After 2 hours of trawling across and through sheds 12 + 5 and all 45 TRANS-FORM-ers projects Pip chose to give the following awards -
First prize:
#10 Non Inflate
Runner Up:
#09 This Way Up

And highly commended for "heroic failure"-
#35 Dynamic Folding
#38 Belladonna
#20 Stretch

These projects grappled with difficult architectural and design issues, and while they may not have fully resolved all of these they were ambitious in scale and the groups clearly learnt a great deal by realising the projects.

Congratulations to all of these students. Photos and videos of TRANS-FORM-ers coming soon, watch this space!
